有创血压监护仪检定规程
范 围
本规程适用于首次检定、后续检定和使用中的有创血压监护仪、多参数监护仪中有
创血压参数的电参数检定。
2 术语和计f单位
2.1 血 压
血压是血液流动作用于血管壁内的压力。
2.2 有创血压监护仪
有创血压监护仪是用来直接测量血管内或腔室内的压力的测量系统,它包括相关联
的压力传感器,用于有创血压的连续监测,波形和数值联合显示。
2.3 静态压力
静态压力是恒定不变的压力。
2.4 动态压力
动态压力是血液流动中变化的压力值,如收缩压和舒张压。
2.5 有创血压监护仪检定装置
有创血压监护仪检定装置可模拟各种条件下动态血压量值和波形,以所复现的动态
血压量值作为真值,对有创血压监护仪的性能进行检测。
2.6 压力传感器
压力传感器是连接在监护仪和病人之间的将压力信号转换为电信号的换能装置。
2.7 零点平衡范围
零点平衡范围是指人为设置零点时能够进行调整的压力范围。
2.8 置零最大允许误差
置零最大允许误差是指对监护仪进行置零之后,监护仪零点显示最大允许误差值。
2.9 标称灵敏度
在标称压力范围内传感器输出的压力除以对应的压力变化。
2.10 计量单位
压力单位采用kPa和mmHa. 1 kPa = 7. 5mmHg
3 概述
有创血压测量是测量人体血压的主要方法之一,它是直接向血管内或腔室内插人导
管来进行血压测量的。与导管相联的一个压力传感器将血液所施加机械力转化成电信
号,电信号经处理后,以波形或数字形式在有创血压监护仪的屏幕上显示压力与时间的
对应。有创血压测量反映的是血管内或腔室内的压力。
