IC卡膜式燃气表检定规程
本规程是根据国际法制计量组织OIML国际建议COMMITTEE DRAFT OIML CD2 (Gas
meters - Part 1 Requirements)【气体流量计第一部分基本要求」(20(”年草案)和R31 -
1995 (Diaphragm gas meters)(膜式燃气表),针对国内目前没有相关预付费燃气表检定
规程而制订的北京地区检定规程,在技术指标上与国际建议等效。
本规程为适应当前IC卡膜式燃气表的检定,将其适用范围扩大至电子远传式燃气
表和带IC卡预付费装置的燃气表等。同时参照了建设部行业标准CJ/T 112-2000 SIC卡
家用膜式燃气表》,对带电子附加装置的燃气表增加了机电信号转换计量误差和远传计
量误差等技术要求和试验方法。
由于国家标准GB/T 6968-1997《膜式煤气表》把膜式燃气表分成A, B两个计量等
级 (与国际法制计量组织OIML R31-1995等效),国内企业也习惯于使用该标准,为了
标准的延续性和符合习惯,本规程依然把IC卡膜式燃气表分成A, B两个计量等级。
其中的B级技术内容等同于OIML 1131的正文标准;A级等效于OIML R31中的附录Ao
这样既适合国情又不妨碍国际通用。
范围
本规程仅适用于带预付费功能的、具有机械计数器与电子计数器双重累计计量方式
的IC卡膜式燃气表 (以下简称 IC卡燃气表)的首次检定、后续检定和使用中检验。
