测色色差计检定规程
范围
本 规 程 适用于光电积分式测色色差计的首次检定、后续检定和使用中检验。光电积
分式测色色差计的定型鉴定、样机试验中对计量性能的要求可参照本规程执行。

3 概述
3.1 原理
测 色 色 差计用于测量非荧光物体表面色及色差。测色色差计(包括色度计,以下
同)由照明系统、探测系统及数据处理系统三大部分组成,其输出结果(或经必要的数
学处理)即为三刺激值X, Y,Z (或几。,I'loI Z ,o), 经计算得出色品坐标x,y 或色
差。
按 国 际 照明委员会(CIE)所推荐的测色原理,仪器的总光谱灵敏度(光源、光学
系统、探测器三者的综合响应)应符合式(1)或式(2)的关系:

Y( 劝 — 仪 器 探 测 器 未 加 修 正 滤 光 器 前 的 相 对光谱响应度。
通 常 把 满足公式(1),( 2)的测色条件称作卢瑟条件。
仪 器 符 合卢瑟条件的程度,决定着仪器测色准确度的高低。为了减少由于卢瑟条件
不够满足而导致的测色误差,应为仪器配备适当的专用工作色板,用来分别校正仪器。
对于满足卢瑟条件的仪器,仅配上工作标准白板即可。而对于偏离卢瑟条件较严重的仪
器,应配足能覆盖相应测色范围的专用工作色板。
