6.3.1 外观检查
6.3.1.1 首次检定的温度计:用目力观察温度计应符合本规程5.1 -5.4的要求。使用
玻璃偏光应力仪观察温度计烧接部位时,应呈橙红色。
6.3.1.2 后续检定的温度计应着重检查温度计感温泡和其他部分有无损坏和裂痕等,
液柱若有断节,经修复后方可检定。
6.3.2 示值误差检定
6.3.2.1 检定时应从下限温度逐点检定到上限温度,有零点的应先测定零点。
6.3.2.2 零点的示值检定可在水三相点瓶中进行,亦可用比较法在冰点器中进行;其
他各温度点的检定均用比较法在恒温槽中进行。
6.3.2.3 温度计的检定点不应少于三个,检定间隔为1℃,后续检定的温度计也可根
据用户要求只对使用点进行检定。
6.3.2.4 标准铂电阻温度计插人深度应大于250 mm,通过铂电阻温度计的电流为1 mA,
被检温度计应按规定浸没方式垂直插人恒温槽中,全浸式温度计检定点刻线露出液面的
高度应不大于巧条刻线,开始读数时槽温偏离检定点不超过士3个分度值。
6.3.2.5 温度计插人槽中需稳定 (10 - 15) min,读数前应轻敲温度计,视线应与温度
计垂直,并估读到分度值的1/10。读数要迅速、准确、时间间隔应均匀。
