通信用光功率计检定规程
范围
本规程适用于量热型、光电型通信用光功率计首次检定、后续检定和使用中检验。
2 计量单位
通常光功率值用单位瓦 (W, mw.....)系列表征,功率W是国家选定的国际单
位制中具有专门名称的导出单位。而级差单位分贝 (dB)是国家选定的非国际单位制
单位。工程中除了习惯用级差单位分贝 (dB)以外,还习惯用绝对功率单位分贝
(dBW, dBm...... )系列来表示功率的量值。
以上两种单位制经常出现在同一本光功率计的说明书及其示值显示中。用单位瓦
(W, mw......)表示的功率值 (Pw, Pmw......)可换算成用绝对功率单位分贝表示的
功率值 (PdBW I Pds,)。换算公式如下:

3 概述
通信用光功率计是通信干线铺设、设备维护、科研和生产中使用的重要仪器。主要
用于测量光发射端机的输出功率及输出功率稳定度,光传输线路中的平均传输功率;光
接收端机的灵敏度;各种无源器件的插人损耗和衰减量。
通信用光功率计通常由探测器、显示器和信号处理系统三部分构成。由于使用不同
的探测器,光功率计被分为量热型和光电型。量热型光功率计的探测器是根据能量转换
和能量守恒原理制作的,由光吸收体、热电转换元件和直流校准系统等组成,优点是不
确定度小,但对环境条件要求高,且测量范围较窄。光电型光功率计的探测器是利用半
导体光电器件制作的,优点是对环境条件适应性强,测量范围宽,但不确定度比量热型
的大。这两种类型的光功率计均可通过显示器或计算机读取光功率值。
