机动车前照灯检测仪校准器检定规程
1 范 围
本规程适用于机动车前照灯检测仪校准器 (以下简称校准器)的首次检定、后续检
定和使用中检验。定型鉴定、样机试验中主要计量性能的检测,可参照本规程执行。
2 概述
校准器是光轴可以转动的标准光源,它由光源、直流稳压电源及电压表、光轴角转
动及读数机构、水平调整机构和找正机构等部分组成。利用比较法对前照灯 (远光)检
测仪的发光强度和光束照射方向进行检定。
3 计量性能要 求
3.1 发光强度
3.1.1 校准器在垂直于光轴的平面上投射一个比较清晰的对称的光斑,其光照度只有
一个最大值。
3.1.2 校准器在主光轴方向的发光强度的变化范围不小于50 x 102一40 x 10'c&
3.1.3 校准器发光强度的相对扩展不确定度不大于6% (k,二3.25)(校准器发光强度
的不确定度分析见附录C)o
3.1.4 校准器发光强度重复性不大于 1%.
3.1.5 校准器发光强度的稳定性在10 min内不超过 1.5%.
3.1.6 校准器的直流稳压电源应稳定,发光强度为20 x 103 cd时所对应的电压显示值
在 10 min内变化不得超过0.02 V,发光强度变化不超过 1%a
3.2 光轴角
3.2.1 校准器光轴角的零位示值误差不超过5'0
3.2.2 在左(L)20一右(R)20,上(U)10一下(D)20范围内,光轴角的示值误差不超过5'a
3.2.3 光轴角转动机构的空程误差不超过3'0
3.2.4 光轴角在上、下方向处于0000',水平方向在左(L)20一右(R) 20范围内变化以及
左、右方向处于。000',上下方向在下(D) 10一上(U)10范围内变化时,校准器相对发光
强度的不对称性不超过10%.
3.3 水平调节机构
校准器的水平调节机构灵活可靠,重新调整水平时校准器光轴的变化不超过3'0
