本规程适用于带有紫外检测器的毛细管电泳仪的首次检定、后续检定和使用中检
2 概述
毛细管电泳仪 (以下简称仪器)是根据在电解质溶液中,带电粒子在高压电场作用
下,以不同的速度定向迁移的现象来达到组分分离的目的。各组分分离后通过检测器进
行检测,并根据各组分的迁移时间和响应值进行定性、定量分析。电泳的支持物是弹性
石英毛细管。
