木材含水率测u仪检定规程
范 围
本规程适用于对木材及其制品含水率进行测量的木材含水率测量仪 (以下简称测量
仪)的首次检定、后续检定和使用中检验。
概 述
测量仪主要用于快速检测木材、木制品及人造板材中的含水率。测量仪按原理区
分,主要有电阻法和电容法。电阻法测量仪是把木材中的含水率通过探针及相关电路转
换成电信号,再通过对电信号的转换,显示仪表指示测量值。电容法测量仪是把木材含
水率变化引起的电容介电常数的改变,通过测量电路转换为电信号,再经过转换,由显
示仪表显示测量值。

测量仪准确度等级
示值误差以绝对误差来表示,测量仪按示值误差可分为三个等级,见表

测量仪在含水率6%一28%范围内应符合表 I的规定。
5.0级“测量仪特指未指定材种或无杨木含水率刻度的测量仪,而且其任一材种刻
度的示值误差均不得大于土5.0%。有杨木含水率刻度的测量仪,其示值误差不得大于
士2.0%。
3.2 测量仪稳定度
在检定环境条件下,电源电压变化 10%时,由示值变化所引起的误差,在含水率
6%一28%范围内应符合表2的规定。
