阿贝折射仪标准块检定规程
范 围
本规程适用于阿贝折射仪标准块的首次检定、后续检定和使用中检验。阿贝折射仪
配备的工作样块的折射率检定依照本规程执行。
2 概述
阿贝折射仪标准块 (以下简称标准块)是用来检定阿贝折射仪及其他利用阿贝折射
原理的计量仪器的标准计量器具 (块)。阿贝折射仪工作样块 (以下简称工作样块)是
阿贝折射仪配备的,用于调整、检查阿贝折射仪。
标准块组由轻冕玻璃QK1,冕玻璃K9,火石玻璃F2,重火石玻璃ZF2四种优质光
学玻璃材料加工制成的长方形块组成。
光学玻璃材料折射率的测量主要有精密测角法、V棱镜折射法、阿贝折射法及浸液
法。本规程采用V棱镜折射法。
利用V棱镜折射仪,采用比较测量法,对标准块组的各三条谱线的折射率进行测
量。用D谱线测得折射率nD值,用F谱线与C谱线测得的n;与n,值之差即为平均色
散 (n;一nc)值。如需测量其他谱线的折射率 (如n.)值,则应采用相应的谱线 (如
汞灯中的e线)。
V棱镜折射法测量原理如下:
如图1所示,当单色平行光束垂直人射到V棱镜后,经 V棱镜和样品的多次折射,
出射光线发生偏折。根据折射定律,按公式 (1)计算样品的折射率 n

B— 光束从V棱镜最后一面出射的偏折角。
当n=n。时,0=0;
当n大于n。时,0为正值;
当n小于n。时,.B为负值。
