光栅式测微仪检定规程
1 范围
本规程适用于分辨力为0.01Km一IFtm,测量范围至l00mm的光栅式测微仪的首次
检定、后续检定和使用中检验。

3 概述
光栅式测微仪 (以下简称测微仪)是以光栅副作为测量元件,将线位移量转换为光
电信号,经电路处理并以数字显示的一种长度精密测量仪器。
测微仪按其准确度等级分为5级。测微仪按其结构分整体式和分体式两类。整体式
测微仪的传感器与显示单元在一整体上,其结构示意见图1 (a)。分体式测微仪主要由
传感器 (含信号电缆)和数显表两部分组成,其结构示意图见图1 (b).
