逻辑分析仪检定规程
范 围
本规程适用于逻辑分析仪的首次检定、后续检定和使用中检验。
概述
逻辑分析仪从原理上分为逻辑信号的定时分析与逻辑信号的状态分析。逻辑分析仪
具有多数据通道与多同步时钟的特点,可以方便地分析数字电路的逻辑时序。逻辑分析
仪通过多路逻辑探头输人数据信号,以逻辑 “,1 ,, "00显示数据状态。能以多级触发方
式采集数据,可以状态列表方式显示测试数据,也可以波形方式显示采集数据。逻辑分
析仪是设计、调试及修理数字电路及设备的有效工具。

3.1 最高时钟速率:
定时分析:100 MHz;
状态分析:50 MHz;
3.2 可检测最窄毛刺信号宽度:0.5 ns;
3.3 数据建立时间:(0一50) ns;
3.4 数据保持时间:(0一50) ns;
3.5 门限电平:(一20--+20) V;最大允许误差13%;
3.6 最小时钟脉冲宽度:5 nsa
4 通用技术要求
4.1 外观及附件
被检逻辑分析仪应标有生产厂名、型号、出厂编号和返云标志。附件应齐全,应
有使用说明书和前次检定证书。
被检逻辑分析仪应无影响正常工作的机械损伤。
4.2 工作正常性
被检逻辑分析仪加电应工作正常,自检通过。
