金属韦氏硬度计检定规程
本规程适用于新制造、使用中和修理后的测量范围为 (0-20) HW的金属韦氏硬度
计 (以下简称硬度计)的检定。
1 概述
1.1 硬度计主要由压针、试验力弹簧、指示器等部分组成。
1.2 硬度计用于金属厚度 (1-6) mm的板材、管材的硬度测定,适用于铝、铝合金、
铜以及比较软的黑色金属等。
1.3 韦氏硬度试验的基本原理是采用一定形状的淬火压针,在标准弹簧试验力作用下
压人试样表面,以0.01 mm的压人深度为一个韦氏硬度单位,以HW为韦氏硬度值符
号。
1.4 韦氏硬度值按 (1)式讲行计算:

技术要求
硬度计应有铭牌,标明仪器名称、型号、制造厂名、编号、制造计量器具许可证
标志和制造日期。
2.2 硬度计施加试验力时,指示部分应灵活,无摩擦及卡住现象。
2.3 硬度计压针尖端应位于压套的小孔及圆凸台平面的中心,无目力可见的倾斜。
2.4 压针上移量测量机构的允许误差为士0.5 HWo
