范 围
本规程适用于瞳距仪的首次检定、后续检定和使用中检验。
2 概述
瞳距仪是在验光配镜过程中,用于测量人眼两瞳孔之间距离的一种测量仪器。
验光配镜一般需要对患者在视近和视远两种状态下的视力进行矫正。因此,瞳距测
量实际上也就包含了对患者视远时的瞳距测量和视近时的瞳距测量。通常情况下,是把
5m或5m以外的距离作为人眼的远用距离,而把300 mm作为人眼的近用工作距离。
人眼视物时,其视网膜上会形成影像。物点与视网膜中心的连线被称为视轴。人眼
的角膜及水晶体的光轴与视轴虽然很接近,却并不重合。人工测量瞳距,是指验光师用
直尺,直接测量患者右瞳孔的外侧 (或内侧)到左瞳孔的内侧 (或外侧)的距离,或测
量右瞳孔中心到左瞳孔中心的距离 (见图1)a瞳距用符号PD表示。
