激光千分尺平行度检查仪检定规程
本规程适用于新制造、使用中和修理后的激光千分尺平行度检查仪的检定。
一 概 述
激光千分尺平行度检查仪 (简称平行度检查仪)是利用激光光束通过一套光学系统
形成点光源所发出的球面波,分别经标准棱镜两平行平面与被测千分尺两测量面反射
后,先后在光屏上形成干涉环,由这两组干涉圆环的中心距确定被测千分尺两测量面的
平行度。
