范 围
本规程适用于各类车速里程表标准装置的首次检定、后续检定和使用中的检验。
2 引用文献
OIML国际建议 No 55一1981机动车辆用的速度表,机械式里程表和瞬时记录仪。
应注意使用引用文献的现行有效版本。
3 术语和计A单 位
31 车速里程表
机动车辆用于指示车辆瞬间速度的仪表称为速度表,用于指示车轮在行驶过程中运
转总转数所对应的里程的仪表称为里程表,两者共装于同一机壳内的仪表总称为车速里
程表。
3.2 里程表常数 k
根据信号的类型 (驱动轴的转数或脉冲数),以及里程表或瞬时记录仪指示和 (或)
记录每增加 lkm里程所必须接受的信号数的特征量,常数 k应以转/公里或脉冲/公里表
不 。
3.3 车辆系数二
根据信号类型 (驱动轴的转数或脉冲数)和车辆每公里行程时车上装置发出并传导
到里程表或瞬时记录仪的信号数的特征量。
系数劝必须同常数k用同一种单位表示。
系数w随车辆的负载、尺寸大小、轮胎压力和磨损程度而改变,它必须在标准试
验条件下测定。
3.4 速度表常数
根据信号类型 (驱动轴转数或脉冲数)和速度表指示60km/h速度时的信号频率的
特征量 。
速度表常数可以表示为每分钟的转数,即转/公里,也可表示为每分钟的脉冲数,
即脉冲/公里。当里程表和速度表两种仪器用同一驱动系统时,速度表和里程表使用同
一里程表常数 k0
3.5 转速稳定度
在0.5h的时段内,每隔3min所测转速最大、最小差值与平均值之比。
4 概 述
车速里程表标准装置 (以下简称标准装置)用于检定机动车辆用的速度表、里程表
和车速里程表,亦可用于检定相应准确度的转速表。
