3 概 述
超声探伤是目前广泛使用的无损检测方法之一。
超声探伤仪主要由同步、扫描、发射、接收放大、电源等电路部分及显示屏组成,
可设延时、报警、深度补偿、标记、跟踪及记录等单元。与超声探头配套,广泛用于锅
炉、高压容器、船舶、航空航天、铁路、桥梁建筑、化工机械、冶金、原材料等非破坏
J性检 测。
4 计A性能要求
4.1 水平线性误差
不大于2%.
4.2 衰减器技术要求
4.2.1 衰减器总衰减量应不小于60dBo
4.2.2 衰减器衰减误差:在超声探伤仪规定的工作频率范围内,衰减器每12dB的误差
不超过t 1dBo
4.3 垂直线性误差
不大于6%o
4.4 动态范围
不小于26dBo
4.5 电噪声电平
不大于垂直满刻度的20%,且剩余增益大于60dB.
4.6 最大使用灵敏度
不大于400y V o
