【英文摘要】 In order to meet the multiple requirements for metering on energy in industrial fields, high speed A/D conversion chip is applied in flow measurement on site to improve the measurement accuracy and implement more timely. Further improvements are realized by integrating the technologies of paperless recording, long-distance communication, and highly efficient power supply, to make the metering on energy more accurate and more scientific.
