流量计设计技术需要不断的更新以适应微电子技术、计算机技术等的发展。以华邦单片机W77E58为核心,使用新型的模数转换芯片AD7714,设计了智能差压式流量计二次仪表。仪表具有流量检测、累积流量计算、数码管显示、按键控制、数据存储、HART通讯等功能。测试表明,二次仪表具有精度高、功耗低、响应迅速的特点。
【英文摘要】 The Design technology of flow meter needs to be updated constantly to adapt for the development of techniques like microelectronics,computer science etc.Based on Winbond's W77E58 microcontroller,using new A/D chip AD7714,designed intelligent differential flow meter integrator.The integrator has functions such as flow test,total flow calculator,digital display,key control,data storage,communication,etc.Tests indicates that the integrator has high precision,low energy consumption,and quickly reply.
