长期以来,车间仪表人员都是把热电偶和二次仪表分别拆下来,送计量部门检定,检定完毕后再装回原处。热电偶在拆装过程中经常会损坏,并且测试费用非常高,所以有些人常常放弃热电偶的校准工作。热电偶和二次仪表的现场整体校准技术在目前还是一项新技术,结合长安公司兵器工业四五六区域计量站的项目对热电偶、二次仪表整体校准技术进行了一定的研究。介绍了热电偶和二次仪表现场校准系统的基本组成及测试的整个过程;讨论了面向对象的程序设计技术在整体校准系统中的应用方法;最后简要介绍了整体校准系统的主要功能模块和关键技术。
【英文论文摘要】 For a long time, the staffs of the workshop dismantle the thermocouple and the two degree instruments respectively and send them to the measure department to be verified, put them back after been calibrated. The thermocouple will often be damaged in the course of disassembly and assembly, and the testing expenses are very high, so some people often give up the calibration work of the thermocouple.
