【摘要】 分析了冲板式固体物料流量计的工作原理,讨论了二次冲撞和物料滞留等因素对测量结果的影响。以8031单片机为核心,设计了固体物料流量计二次仪表的硬件系统和控制程序。调试证明,设计方案是成功的,它实现了以下功能;测量物料的瞬时流量并用数字显示和作D/A输出;测量累计流量并用效字显示;包装定量控制;瞬时流量超上/下限报警并输出开关量控制信号;能够方便地设定使用条件;提供两种弹簧非线性补偿方法——挂砝码和称重法;二次仪表本身的精度达到0.508%;设有进线滤波器的扰动复位功能,提高了抗干扰能力。
【英文摘要】 Discribes the principle of flow meter for solid materials. Discusses the effects of measuring, such as secondary bumping and material staying. Designs the hardware and software of the secondary instrument of the flow meter on the basis of the single-chip computer Inter 8031. The design plan is tested and proved to be successful.
